This is only the second Williams-Sonoma cookbook in our growing collection...surprising perhaps as they seem to have published dozens. I love a cookbook with extra...local food quirks, historical connections...the whys and whoms that influenced the regional foods...and this series has that. Looks to be good food that a native Mainer can understand, cook and enjoy.
Bright flavors from Key West to Yucatan apparently I have 2 copies.
