What happens when JFK survives The killing, his wife doesn't hold the public's imagination, and his brother is not as sophisticated as he'd like to be. Would have liked more character colour, restricted by existing known plot, but a good read,
Interesting 'Alternative History' take on 'if Kennedy had survived being shot in Dallas' using the fictionalised President 'John Trewlaney Cassidy'. A combination of broad-brush idealised history and conspiracy theory, but well written.
Marilyn Monroe, aka Norma Jean Mortenson, led a tragic life, marked by what we now realize was likely a severe form of mental illness. Although this book does not touch on the illness, it certainly portrays the tragedy.
Another what-if novel, imagining what might have happened if JFK had survived the Dallas shooting in 1963. Gets into the political machinations of the era and supposes that his shooting was a conspiracy.
