Roger S. Baum

This was a really sweet tribute to the author's great-granddad L. Frank Baum. But more than that, it was an enchanting story that gripped me and kept me wondering what was going on the whole way.

Now that the story's over, I'm still not sure I understand, but I love this feeling of almost seeing it. I know I'll keep thinking about this one for a good long while. Until I cross the Shifting Sands.

This book is by the great-grandson of L. Frank Baum, originator of the Oz series. It is inferior to the original series, but can scratch the itch for desperate Oz junkies and undiscerning children.
