Used since the clinical practice in Bolivia. But now I find it geared largely toward enabling presciption of drugs; a marketing tool for Merck. This compromises its science.

When you think about how difficult it must be to compile a reference such as this, you have to be impressed with what the folks at Merck accomplished. There is no comparable reference in this field, but given the field that it is in, it is an incredible accomplishment.
This is the chemists Bible, pure and simple.
