The only dieting and lifestyle book I have found that was both easy to follow and quite effective. It helps with the diet by providing a number of easy to follow recipes. There are also a good range of exercises and tips to help people out who might travel a lot. The diet is quite severe at first, and would appear to be targeted to technically obese people but the rules and principles can be applied to anybody trying to lose or maintain weight.
I loved this diet. The meal plan was easy to follow. The recipes were easy to make, but varied. I lost over 2 lbs a week while wondering how I could eat so much food.
