About the Author
Solala Towler has studied Eastern philosophy and practice for more than 45 years. He is author of Tales From the Tao, The Inner Chapters of Chuang Tzu, Cha Dao, Practicing the Tao Te Ching 81 Steps on the Way and more. Solala has been editor of The Empty Vessel: The Journal of Taoist Philosophy and show more practice since 1993 and teaches meditation, gongfu tea ceremony and qigong at conferences and workshops.
