It is presented in an easy to understand perspective and will provide the reader with a well rounded explanation of the international economics of Latin America and other countries. The authors are quick to point out that it is not a perfect work but a needed one.

Stein (read 15 Jun 1989) This is a 1970 synthesizing designed for college students book, written in rather ponderous language but making some interesting points in Latin American history--history I know less about that I should.
