Grace Under Pressure is a great book for any leader in any arena. Though written primarily for the workplace, I believe it's a book that should be read by anyone in a leadership role. Life is full of stress and hard times and learning to be a leader with compassion and care along with leadership skills is a good thing. Far too often people are not given any amount of grace, especially in the workplace. But the art of being a great leader to keep the team running smooth and adding in grace show more where needed would take any team or committee to the top as people wanting to give their job the best they can.

180 ways means that less that 20 are essential and the rest marginal. Good overall, but aimed at someone who has never been in a leadership role; otherwise, they would know most of the ways.
