Honesty: Walt Disney's Pinnocchio: Tales of Virtue (Paperback 2004 Printing, First Edition) by Guy Davis
Summary: This book is about the story of Pinocchio and how he learned the importance of honesty. It tells of his fathers wish and the events that Pinocchio had to go through to learn his lesson.
Personal Reflection: I am not sure if I would use this book or not. It could come in handy in the right situation but Im not sure it is one that I would hand to my students to read independently.
Extentions:
1) Read allowed and have a class discussion about the importance of honesty.
2) Students can show more journal about what happens to them if they are cought being dishonest.
3) Could compare this story to the full pinocchio story. show less
