Wonderful step away from the more sterile rationalism of Schaeffer, and toward a Dutch Reformed sense of christian duty as a holistic effort to heal all of creation.
Primeiro livro sobre política cristã que leio. Achei a leitura difícil e cansativa, talvez por falta de familiaridade com o tema. O primeiro ensaio, sobre Estado, é mais tranquilo de ler e entender. O segundo, sobre Soberania, achei bem complicado e não entendi muito bem. Não recomendo pra quem não tem conhecimento na área, como é o meu caso.
As opções pagã, secular e cristã Dooyeweerd sustenta que o pensamento teórico nunca foi nem jamais poderá ser neutro. Cada pensador é movido por um impulso religioso ao tentar definir a realidade e explicitar a sua cosmovisão...
