Spray

I didn't enjoy this as much as the first volume. I liked Nakajima better in the anime; you could hint gentleness in him sometimes. Here he's just a jerk. But the art is still lovely. Too bad, though, that Naruse was absent. He's one of my favorites. And that bonus story about how Nakajima and the King became friends seemed like pointless filler material. Well, hopefully I won't have to wait an eternity for the Kazuki version to be released in english. Let's face it: Keita and Kazuki were show more made for each other. show less

This not an outstanding manga. Rather a guilty pleasure; I know the plot is thin and ridiculous, but I can't help loving it anyway. Same goes for the anime. I like the characters, and love the art.

Beautiful character designs, as always. Calling the characters 'cardboard' would be excessively fulsome praise. There is no plot, for all intents and purposes. Unless you are a fan of the art work or the game, avoid.
