Very simplistic book, ideal for beginners. The examples given were very academic.

On a personal note I was expecting a little more from this book. The first half was a refresher and the second half didn't deliver what I expected from reading the back of the book.
My first programming book, it taught me the general basic ideas of programming. A bit lacking on content compared to other brands, but very noob friendly. If Javascript is going to be your first programming language, this is book a good choice, but otherwise choose something with more content like the SAMS Teach Yourself series.

This book covers the office apps and software and how it can be used across platforms. Brief overview's of all the office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote) and online storage using OneDrive. Brief explanation of the limitations of the iPad apps and the online apps. Overall, the book presents a good overview and explanation of these apps. Would recommend to those that are interested in an introduction to these apps.
Not bad, not great. I'd have to read it while actually trying to use PowerPoint to really tell how good it is.
