Monte Merrick

A coming of age novel dosed with humour and plenty of wry observations on real life. I very much enjoyed this novel, and its a pity it is not better known.

Credit for even picking up the story; debit for portraying it inaccurately. Too much shoot-em-up which didn't actually occur. The real story is much more profoundly moving.
