A Primer of Medieval Latin, An Anthology of Prose and Poetry by Charles H. Beeson

This was my mother's copy from her grad student days in the 30's, but it got me through the Yale Medieval Studies Medieval Latin exam in 1973 (when 4 of 8 students who took it failed). Many of the readings, e.g. Apollonius of Tyre, are fun in themselves.
