And isn't it just. Here in the U.S. we can, theoretically, eat sweets all day long. While not advisable, this is one aspect of life in the 21st century of which I wholeheartedly approve. New cookbook, received used from Amazon: The Sweet Life by Kate Zuckerman. Mine has drool all over it already. Gorgeous photography, which is essential in a cookbook in my opinion, incites the salivary glands and the recipes are not terribly difficult seeming. Here are just a few standouts: Goat Cheesecake show more Enrobed in Hazelnut Brittle, Chocolate Caramel Pot de Creme, Sesame Milk Chocolate Mousse, Goat Cheese and Purple Basil Souffle.
