The Self Confidence Workbook: A Guide to Overcoming Self-Doubt and Improving Self-Esteem by Barbara Markway
Writing in a supportive style, the authors describe an effective process for bolstering self-confidence. The process progresses in a logical sequence. Specific activities and techniques are accompanied by understandable instructions. There is plenty of space for readers to write their own notes and track progress. The last chapter brings together the steps described in previous chapters and illustrates how they fit together. Additional resources are listed at the end of the book. This is a show more true workbook to be read, highlighted, and written in. Anyone wanting to improve their self-confidence could benefit from this book. It could also be informative for parents, teachers, and life coaches.
