Really like this one, the story, the voices, the beautiful animation, and especially the way Matty changes through the picture. The side story with the squirrel is a great gift, like the old time cartoons they used to show before the feature. You can keep the sequels.
The first minute of animation art was excellent, but it devolved into cheap cartoon art, uninteresting characters and a mediocre story line.

Three creatures are released from an oil well in the Dakotas. Two are captured by the oil company, who wants to find the third creature. The third creature gets away and hides at the local junkyard in a truck. The trucks owner finds that the creature can make the truck move. He ends up deciding to help the creature get back to his home at the bottom of the oil well.

A good family flick.

Three Prehistoric Animals And A Baby.

2.5/4 (Okay).

The story and characters work reasonably well. The comic relief is rarely funny.
