OK. Wow. Great storyline and backstory.
I am separating out the editing from the writing. There are clearly some issues with the editing piece but that is beyond the scope of this review.
The characters are well developed, even that of the bad guy. You end up caring about the outcome, and sad when is is reasonable. I look forward to the next installment of this series, and encourage the author to get a better continuity editor!
