Consumer Guide

This is an international cookbook, and I like three things in particular about it. First, it doesn't just have the usual suspects: French, Italian, Mexican, Chinese and Indian. There's also Scandinavian, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Turkish, Peruvian, Austrian, Russian, Polish, Indonesian, Korean. Also, I like how recipes are grouped not just into cuisines but menus such as "Dinner from South of France" and "Russian Midnight Supper."
