This blank book is a register of who attended my two "Night with Local Author" events. They were a success, but the administration apparently did not like it, so they even stopped giving me Library Aides and forced it's closing. Tyler Public Library took it over (without consulting me) and then suddenly I was given Library Aides. Since TPL was now doing it, it seemed not worth trying to revive, therefore I let it go. My students and I missed it, but I did not have any administrative support, show more so why bother. I do still keep in touch with some of my local authors and cherish knowing so many Texas Authors - and we do have a lot. Eventually, they forced my retirement.

Now I use it for various notes and especially to collect my favorite recipes, especially ones I find on the Internet. show less

This is a great book! I'm a big fan of L. Ravenscroft and was able to buy this book from her in person at FairieCon last year. Not sure if its available in the US as the ISBN didn't work via LT :)
