River Savage

Reclaimed is the ultimate companion to one of my favorite Mc novels. Struggling with postpartum depression after the birth of her daughter, Kadence is at a crossroads. Nix, the ultimate bad boy motorcycle man, is at his wits end trying to solve his problems at home and keep up his duty to the club.

A companion novel to Incandescent, fans of the Knights Rebels MC series will adore this brief glimpse into the show more lives of Nix and Kadence after the miraculous birth of their first child together. River Savage breaks your heart but puts it back together as these two characters work through their problems and eventually reconnect.

I think the thing I admire most about this book (beyond the smokin’ hot sex scenes and accurate portrayal of parenthood) is how River Savage tackles the taboo subject of life after baby. For some women, it sometimes is a battle and for Kadence she fights every step of the way. Savage shows its ok to not be perfect and relates the importance of keeping on, keeping on. Tackling this subject in a romance no less shows Savage’s talent in storytelling and the strength of her characters.

A fantastic novella tackling one of life’s biggest challenges, Savage has another hit on her hands. A great companion to her full length novels, Nix and Kadence are showcased in both their best and worst. I can’t say enough great things about it and luckily, we have more Nix and Kadence coming up! I received an advanced copy of this book for review.

Ever since I finished reading Incandescent, I have been patiently (not) waiting for Sy and Holly’s story. I had my suspicions that there were more back-stories to Sy and his cranky, broody ways. The PROLOUGE had me in tears, yes tears people. As a parent that went through that (not giving up any spoilers) it tore my heart out to read it. River totally nailed it!!! I loved how Holly slowly pulled Sy from his darkness into the show more ‘Sunshine’.

Their trip was definitely a roller coaster ride of emotions that I am still on a few days after finishing the book. What Holly went through and put herself through was horrible and emotional and the writing was amazing to make you feel like you were going through it at that same moment.

The flashback dreams were so ‘real’ that you cried, sweat and shook right along with Sy. I loved how Keira told Sy that he needed to take care of her ‘sibling’ (no spoiler), and Sy knew that he would be ok from then on.

From the laughs to the cries, this book was filled with every emotion you can think possible. River Savage has a #1 on her hands with this Amazing Read!!! show less

Hetch oh my goodness where do I start…. Liberty love her, Liam love him but they frustrate me to no end. River creating this amazing duo who will have you in tears from laughing and heartbreak. What a fantastic read. I haven't been this exciting in a book in so long. It captivated me right from the start hoping for a minute you can sneak a page or few. Excited to see what Hetch and Lib are up to next.

Written in both Hetch and Libs views which works and is so satisfying to have both views show more of their journey and yell at them too. I need more SWAT. Who will be next? Fox and Pay? Sterling and Kota? I know it's a coming show less

Wow holy biker sexiness

As you know I love my biker books and this was absolutely fantastic, I couldn't put it down.

Nix and Kandence what a couple they really bounced off each other and belong together. She doesn't take no shit and neither does he.

The sex scenes were perfect, steamy gorgeous and loving.

River Savage truly is a talented author, this story was so well put together that it flowed seamlessly.

If you love your biker books show more you really need to read this, it a whole lot of sexiness perfecto. show less
