The Perfect Diabetes Comfort Food Collection: 9 Essential Recipes You Need To Create 90 Amazing Complete Meals (9 Essential Recipes You Need to Create 90 Amazing Meals) by Robyn Webb
Imo, silly. I never use recipes for meatloaf, salad, soup, or stir-fry. Seldom for pasta & sauce or for lasagna or for anything else found here. I have my templates in place, yes... and now that my husband has been diagnosed I'll just take more care to add more veggies and serve pastas less often... don't need a book for that.
Might be ok if you're used to eating out more than cooking in. But even in that case there's a lot of competition from better books, and from websites.
