This diet is designed based on four different body types which are determined by a specific gland or organ that is not functioning properly. To determine which is your type, you look at drawings of the body types for both men and women and also take questionnaires to further be sure that is the type which applies to you. Then there are sample menus for the weight loss part of the program, then step two which is getting rid of the last 5 pounds, followed by a maintenance program to keep the weight off.
