The book felt like a giant advertisement for LinkedIn, but there were useful nuggets as well.

I guess my biggest takeaway is that I need to get out and make valuable connections, and there were some good pointers on how to do that effectively.

Good ideas in this book, but somewhat weakened by the inability for anyone in middle/lower management to enact the good ideas presented.

If I was starting a company or worked in a small company that was open to changing how people are treated/managed, I'd highly recommend this book.

I felt like I was being talked down to much of the time. I think the authors experience was interesting, but the advise was pretty basic.
