This review was written by the author.
This book is identical to the one published in 1994 by Loompanics. Breakout Productions, was a front company used to defraud the author of his rights and payment for the subsequent 2006 movie. It also had the effect of cutting the author's royalty payments for the book in half from 1999 onward.
