[Amy]I'm actually not sure I gave this book a fair chance. I really didn't care for it at all - it didn't begin to impress me as much as the book I read the previous day on a similar theme had done - and got all the way to the end without adding a single dish to my tentative Tapas Party Menu. It's possible I wasn't in a cookbook mood that evening, or that two nibblies cookbooks too close together are a Bad Thing - in any case, I'm going to set the book aside and look through it again later, and if I find it more impressive then, I'll do a better review at that time.
In the mean time, I still recommend the above-linked cookbook. (http://weblog.siliconcerebrate.com/zenos-library/2009/01/wine_bar_food.html)… (more)
