This was such a cute read about a brother’s best friend and the younger sibling who has pined after him for years. Allison has always harbored feelings for Ed but he has never seen her as more than that annoying little sister, but what she doesn’t know he hasn’t been looking at her that way for years. They tip toe around each other fighting feelings because they both fear their feelings are not reciprocated. One night Ed helps to see Allison home after a fun girl’s night out and feelings are slipped out and the next morning they are finding it hard to fight their feelings any longer. This group of friends were amazing, caring, and fun. Ed and Alison were meant to be and it just gave me all the warm and fuzzies with heaping spoonfuls of steam.… (more)

Harry and Ej are friends by association because of one date gone wrong. She doesn’t think things will work between them because he is too controlling yet she is the one in constant control constantly. I loved Harry because he was a total alpha but also knew when to hold back for Ej, but Ej annoyed me at times. Her past has shaped her into the hardworking woman she is, but it has also jaded her. She doesn’t believe in happily ever after seven if that’s what she sells and she doesn’t think love can ever last. I liked her work ethic, her banter, but her back and forth with Harry where she would string him along to just push him away got old quick so it was hard for me to connect to. I think the only saving grace for Ej was her wit, smarts, and dirty talking Harry. I didn’t think the way she handled things was very mature for her age and when everyone blamed Harry for pushing her I felt was wrong when she was the one that kept overlooking his feelings, pushing him to break, and it almost felt like she used him. Overall it was a cute read and I loved the side characters that really made this story fun, but I’m hoping I’ll enjoy Savannah more then Ej, although with her attitude towards others I’m not sure.… (more)

From book one I fell in love with Fitz, he was everything a book boyfriend should be. He was funny, loyal to his friends, a playboy but a lovable one, even with flaws they were made to be amazing. I was on the fence about Savanah, in other books she came off as hateful and rough around the edges. When we find out more about her background and family, I started to sympathize with her, but she was still could come off as rude. I loved how Fitz was there for her and help her see her self-worth. These two were fun to read about because their banter was entertaining I just wish I could connect more with Savannah because I absolutely loved Fitz.… (more)
