Description
| Description | Mariko is from Miyamoto Usagi's home village, and was his childhood sweetheart. When Usagi left the village to serve Lord Mifune, she married his rival, Kenichi. What she did not tell Usagi until much later, is that she bore his son, Jotaro, from a union just before he left. Mariko is a samurai and follows the bushido code as strictly as any warrior, realising her place was with her husband. She would no sooner leave Kenichi than Usagi would have voluntarily left Mifune. |
