Character description

1.) Naomi (/neɪˈoʊmi, -maɪ, ˈneɪoʊˌmaɪ, -ˌmi/; Hebrew: נָעֳמִי‬} Standard Hebrew Noʻomi, Tiberian Hebrew nåʿå̆mī) is Ruth's mother-in-law in the Old Testament Book of Ruth. The etymology of her name is not certain, but it is possible that it means "good, pleasant, lovely, winsome."

2.) (Fictitious character) In Dog Days by Emma Watson, Naomi is the Glimmerglass sous chef who is abruptly elevated when the obnoxious Paul is fired.
