Character description

1) In the series Fred, the Vampire Accountant, Neil is a necromancer prodigy, and not a nice human being. He is willing to take the life forces of losers in LARP (live-action role playing) games. He raised his good-natured best friend Albert from the dead as a zombie after his accidental death. Neil has been taken in hand and greatly improved by his teacher Amy Wells.
