About my libraryAntique and vintage books are my passion. Books about history or actual events are my favorites. Truth will always be stranger than fiction. I look for books that have not been treated to a good for you, politically correct cleaning. We should embrace our past, be haunted by it and learn from it, but above all it needs to be kept as is, unsanitized.

I love the classics, they don't call'um the classics for nothing.
I have a special place in my heart for illustrated or children's books, they have something that grown up books have lost, that once common relationship between the storyteller and the artist. These two people have the ability to bring a story to life that a text only book cannot.

I have way to many books for my house and so I will have to thin out the collection quite a bit, and so I find myself thinking about who I'm going to break up with
