I like world fiction, speculative fiction, and mystery/thrillers. Oh, and comics. I own so many TPBs. Anything that gets me out of my own humdrum life for a few hours is right up my alley. Stuff centering around POC characters is preferable, but I love any stories with interesting characters, a tight plot, and/or beautiful descriptions. Good writing comes in many forms and I think I appreciate most (if not all!) of them. I love science as much as science fiction, though. Especially anything to do with the brain!

TLDR - Horror, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Detective stories, you name it, I've probably read a lot of it. My nonfiction interests are largely focused on media criticism, film and literary theory, and brain stuff.
