About meI am a committed Christian, voracious reader, incorrigible booksale shopper, and happy wife and mother. I'm also a freelance editor and copywriter specializing in marketing communications.
About my libraryAh, this hodge-podge of worlds and ideas jumbled together in the collection called my library. Most of my books are secondhand, discovered joyously at library booksales and thrift stores. I wonder what their histories are, if these books were happy with their former owners before they ended up in a cardboard box at the mercy of strangers. I adopt them and love them.
My library is like me. It is always growing and changing. It is sometimes untidy, spilling off the shelves and onto the floor. My bookshelves runneth over! Very little of my collection is pristine. But it is beloved.
