About My Library

Some about my library:

My house contains approximately 2500 - 3000 physical books. My kindle has about 1000 non-physical books. This current library of mine is on the small side. I used to have many more physical books however, I lost quite a few of them of them moving back and forth across the USA several times and not being able to take all of them with me.

More about my library later.

Additional: Reading The Coffee Trader by David Liss back in '04 led to an intense interest in Amsterdam on my part and so some twenty plus years later I still am discovering more and more fascinating things about the city all the time. Thanks David Liss! :)

About Me

Some about me:

I immensely love books and reading. I thank my parents for my love of books. My mother taught me to read when I was two years old. By second grade I was reading college level books. I read mostly nonfiction as a child and on up until half way through my twenties. I have however, always had a soft spot for science-fiction (and fantasy). These days I read both fiction and nonfiction regularly. I'm a fast reader, although as I'm now a senior citizen I have slowed down a slight bit. Also, I need new glasses. Haha!

My mother was a librarian. My father is a book collector. His library contains many more books than mine. He has warehouses full.

Oh yeah ~ I'm also an artist.
