It would be great if the system removed leading and trailing spaces when saving CK entries. There really doesn't seem to be any good reason to keep them.

Please look at the double "++" i the following link:
/commonknowledge/search.php?q=Bialik++Prize&f=4&exact=1&type=2
I fixed the results:
Oct 11th, 11:24 pm author Yehoshua Kenaz awards and honors Bialik Prize (1995) (1995) eng SqueakyChu
Mar 7th, 1:49 pm author Shmuel Yosef Agnon awards and honors Bialik Prize (1934|1950) (1934 ∙ 1950) rus gangleri
Oct 12th, 1:49 am author Shmuel Yosef Agnon awards and honors Bialik Prize (1934, 1950) (1934 ∙ 1950) eng SqueakyChu
see now: /commonknowledge/search.php?q=Bialik+Prize&f=4&exact=1&type=2

This should be fixed in new CK entries. Older entries have not been corrected.

Is there any plan to make a cleanup? I am concerned about users adding CK to other language. For the given example "Mar 7th, 1:49 pm author Shmuel Yosef Agnon awards and honors Bialik Prize (1934|1950) (1934 ∙ 1950) rus gangleri" I must say that I modified only one (the Nobel prize line) of the existing three lines without paying any / much attention to the exitence of multiple whitespace in the nonmodified CK lines (preserving original English / Latin character) CK.
