Tag combinations don't always show on tag page

I am looking at the foreign tag combinations and something is puzzling.

There are tag combinations for Bevissthet.

Nothing shows on the page but on consciousness

it is there.

Ditto bevidsthed

http://www.librarything.com/tag/bevidsthed

but Bewusstsein shows nothing

(I thought this might be an es-tset problem but I can't search it.)

As far as I can recall it has always gone both ways in the past.

For example:
geitebukkeskjegg has proposed combining this tag and the tag bevissthet.

Note that it's not Bevissthet (capitalized).

I wonder if it's not properly tracking down the linkages.

I just checked and these 2 still do not have the tag combinations:

and

http://www.librarything.com/tag/Bewusstsein

However what I did notice this time around is that both combinations were to the lower case form of word and the page reads with first letter capped.

For example

page is Bevissthet

combination is bevissthet

Could this be the problem?
