Greets:
Original thread: http://www.librarything.com/topic/98282
Renewing early extends for a full year from the renewing date, not the expiration date of the current account.
Granted it;s only 12 days we're talking about but still.
Thanks,
-drmike
edit: I don;t see a User or Account category that I should assign this to.

6> Speechless? That's a first. :)

Did Abby actually fix the problem though? Since it's assigned to Abby shouldn't she be the one to close it?
10brightcopy
Yeah, that was a bit weird. Especially after complaining about people marking other people's bugs as Needs Discussion. Was this by accident?
12timspalding
Not fixed. Abby and I need to yak with each other about it.
13jjwilson61
I would think that once a bug is assigned that it shouldn't be possible for a member to close it. More grist for the argument that there should be an Assigned state.
14jjwilson61
Is Abby still around? Should this be assigned to someone else?
15conceptDawg
Abby's still around. But I'm catching this one. I'll see if I can solve it today, but certainly by tomorrow.
17timspalding
I needed help finding the API page that it hits from PP. But he may be able to find it anyway.
19ablachly
Tim/CH - ask me about it though. I have another bone to pick about the renewing while someone's looking at the code.
20conceptDawg
Fixed. And fixed Abby's other nitpick also.
21theapparatus
Reopening as it appears that it isn't fixed. At least not with my account. I'm still showing an incorrect ending date of 09/08/2011 instead of 09/20/2011.
22timspalding
Did you just upgrade, or are you reporting that it wasn't retroactively fixed. (Of course, we should upgrade you, but I want to be sure which you're reporting.)

#23 Since we all have TBR piles that will last for 500 years or so, I think the afterlife package is a wonderul idea.

Me, too. I could use an inheritance clause.
Seriously, it occurs to me that tags that indicate who I'd like to inherit what isn't a bad idea. I've already tagged my inherited books with the name of whomever I inherited them from.
