Although there was no halving of the code number, does Sol Weinstein's Loxfinger: a Thrilling Adventure of Hebrew Secret Agent Oy-Oy-7 Israel Bond meet you spec?

Must definitely be this:

Sol Weinstein wrote two parodies of the "007" stories with Israel Bond, Agent Oy Oy Seven of M 33 & 1/3 Israel's Secret Service. He chain smokes Raleigh cigarettes for the coupons that his stingy boss needs for obtaining his equipment, and he drives a Nash Rambler and a Mercedes Ben Gurion car in "Loxfinger", a "Goldfinger" parody. Lazarus Loxfinger is a philanthropist from Argentina who is helping Israel much. SMUCK a Syrian terrorist group tries to kill him, so Bond is assigned to guard him. He already has a giant 1/2 black and 1/2 Scottish guard named MacAroon who constantly breaks 12" thick boards with Karate chops. Also with him are Antonio Aryan and Poontang Plenty a lesbian who Bond converts by beating her badly in a game of marbles. Loxfinger picks up Eve Brown. In the finale, Loxfinger is revealed to be Adolf Hitler who is planning to destroy Israel with Arabia's aid, but Bond stops him. Bond faces the huge MacAroon who can only break boards but not fight. The Red Sea parts and swallows Hitler and his men, as it did the Egyptians in Exodus of the Bible. 'Matzohball" parodies "Thunderball".

I was ok until I got to "Poontang Plenty." *giggle/snort*

Beside the point: Does anybody remember the Plenty family - characters in the old Dick Tracy comic?

@6: I remember B.O. Plenty, but I've forgotten the names of the rest of the Plenty clan. It's been quite a while, I'm afraid.
