There are a lot of things that are grounds for impeachment.
Unless Congress is actually prepared to do something about it, it's merely a talking point with no real value.

Which, of course, ignores the actions of every single President since FDR. And the fact that although the other side in all those military adventures raised a fuss, nothing of substance was done.
It was a silly statement to make. But again, unless Congress is actually willing to take back power and responsibility for the military, it means nothing.

Some of us have known for a long time that the left's "principled" critiques of US military actions mean nothing. But it's gratifying to observe the neck-snapping about-face, and hear the confession.
