Man, I HATE those videos. Were they ever funny?

I want to see the Hitler video where he learns that he did not snag an Early Reviewer book.

I think Rick Perry would influence more people if he want back to being the front man for Journey.

5: Journey's front man was Steve Perry.

6: Steve Perry is runing for president? Learn something new every day. If he wins, does that make Katy Perry the new First Daughter?

Personally, I agree with you. But then, neither me nor thee are Librarything chique intelligentsia. I am certain that if we were we would know intuitively that any reference to Hitler was declasse. And that is, after all, the only way to know things in Librarything forums.

Thanks for the correction. You are absolutely right. As I said several times in the Direct Democracy thread, there is no challenging the consistent will of the overwhelming majority.

Chatter, chatter............

I agree with one of the comments posted - if anyone had assumed that with Bush, Jr. we had scrapped the bottom of the barrel - guess again.

Turns out the barrel in Texas is bottomless.

Don't Mess with Texas - 'cause that shit might be catching.
