#3: No, I think it means that their government enables this kind of thing. Creating a public school system that belongs to "the people" and then expecting it not to give equal access to clubs you don't like is like expecting to have your cake and eat it too. Every rabid secularist deserves to have religious clubs at their local schools as much as every homophobic bigot deserves to have queer youth clubs at their local schools. All control freaks deserve eachother.

Seriously? I expect kids to be educated at school and join clubs in their own time.
