It's a new year to begin reducing the size of my very full TBR shelf.
In 2011, I completed a small goal of reading 12 books from my shelves.
In 2012, I read 16 books from my shelves and fell 8 short of my 24 book goal. I had 48 total books on my TBR shelf and finished the year with 45 total books. I reduced my overall shelf total by three.
This year, I'm keeping the same goal of reading 24 books from my shelves.
1. Tigers in Red Weather by Liza Klaussman (2.5 stars)
2. The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova (4.5 stars)
3. Black Beauty by Anna Sewell (3 stars)
4. The Wordy Shipmates by Sarah Vowell (didn't finish)
5. Love You More by Lisa Gardner (3.5 stars)
6. The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling (3 stars)
7. Labyrinth by Kate Mosse (3.5 stars)
8. Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf (didn't finish)
9. The Turn of the Screw by Henry James (didn't finish)
10. Ape House by Sara Gruen (didn't finish)
11. The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien (3.5 stars)
12. The Map of Love by Ahdaf Soueif (didn't finish)
