Noticed this in my post at https://www.librarything.com/topic/197258#5308620
I used touchstones to link to Travels in Tartary by Peter Fleming.
The touchstone generates a link to the author Evariste-Regis Huc instead of to the book by Peter Fleming. Huc has also written a book of the same name, so suspect this may be affecting it.
I can edit the touchstone using the (others) link so that it points to the right page, but as can be seen in the link I gave above, a link to Huc still remains.

Just click on the "others" link and you'll find a whole long list. Fleming's is the third. My touchstone, generated that way, goes to his book.

>2 lilithcat: I know, that is why the touchstone in the original thread points to the right page. As I said above "I can edit the touchstone using the (others) link so that it points to the right page, but as can be seen in the link I gave above, a link to Huc still remains."
The problem is that it also generates a link to Huc in the Touchstones box at the right of the thread.-------------------->>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I recall this being a thing from way back when, before I poofed for a year. Someone else will have to do the digging to find old bugs on it though!

One previous topic is http://www.librarything.com/topic/157098
That was over two years ago, and it was an old bug then.

This shouldn't be happening in new posts now. See http://www.librarything.com/topic/258838 for testing.
