Looks like I'll be finding out why Jonathan Swift: The Reluctant Rebel was. Funny, I'm not a fan of him, but I had to know why a) the author thinks he's a rebel and b) why he was a reluctant one. All I know about Swift is that he had a raw response to the callous stupidity of his fellow man.

Would be nice if this bio makes me appreciate Swift for more than his essays.

I should have won Project Emergence, http://www.librarything.com/work/18805834 , by Jamie Zakian. I don't know how long would it take before I receive the ebook, since this is the first time I was selected.

Should be getting The Third Squad. But still haven't gotten December's and only recently got the October book. My hubby is reading the October book because it is about martial arts and he is a sensei and 6th degree black belt.

I got Things We Lost In The Fire by Mariana Enriquez. It is very good! I'm only halfway through it so far (and I know I'm behind on it, but it took a while for the book to come to me, and then it took a while for me to actually get to reading it), but the stories are spooky and excellent.
