Hi everyone,

Happy new year! Last year I joined this group and finished way beyond my 75 books challenge, although I cheated with some smaller books. But I also reached 15,000 pages, of which I'm very proud.
But I've just used only one thread last year and I fear it will be the same this year. Just a basic list with what I read. I'll try to interact more this year but I'm happy if I can keep track of what I read here...

As for the personal note: I'm a 49 year old male from the Netherlands, married, 2 grown up children and I do most of my reading in the train to work and back home. I read fiction: Dutch literature and international literature. Besides that books about books and some books on coaching and personal growth. I guess there will be a lot of American and English literature this year since someone gave me a huge stack of books in this category (or actually, I chose them out of their library so I want to read them all).

Happy reading!

Sneuper

>13 sneuper: I went to the little bookstore this summer. It's not a long drive from where I live, and it was a nice day trip.

>14 thornton37814: Fantastic! After I read the book I really need to go there... but it’s more than a day’s ride from where I live. I aboslutely loved the book and it would be great to meet Jack and Wendy. On their Facebook page I read that they plan to sell the bookstore. It would be a pity!

>15 sneuper: There are some pictures somewhere on my thread from this summer. I don't know if I took photos of Jack and Wendy or not, but I took pictures of the cats!
