I don't get it! Where do I find the "pages"?

I am not seeing the banner on my home computer, but I am using the new site. Any suggestions? Thanks, k4k

ETA: well, I think it's OK. At least the banner for getting a card is popping up.

If you go to the hunt thread referenced in >2 gilroy:, you'll see that several other people mention not seeing it. And I don't, either.

I saw the banner on my work computer. Just not at home.

Now search doesn't seem to be working for me. I know the book and the author for one of the clues but search turns up nothing. I even searched Mark Twain and came up with nothing. I think I will go to sleep and try again tomorrow.

yeah, it would seem search has gone kaput. I'm getting no results for everything I search on, INCLUDING the couple things I did a search on for the couple clues I knew the answers to right away.

I am trying again this morning. Hope it works for me now.

I don't see the general announcement banner. I'm also struggling with the answer pages. The two correct pages I've found were my wild guesses, not the answers I was confident I knew.

I'll continue digging through the hints. So far, it's hard to tell if the problem is my search or the code.

Site search had some trouble yesterday evening, but is working smoothly again. We nixed the general announcement banner, so it's not just you. But you should still be seeing banners indicating you've found a card when you visit a page that corresponds to a clue.

This is because I don't want to bother with the hint thread until I've had a chance to look at all the clues myself, but if there are problems, I'd like to see those right away.
