There won't be an impeachment; Pelosi and the other leaders are against it. Best hope is that Trump is a one term President.

#2---there might be an impeachment depending and there are more and more House democrats getting on board with that. What's very unlikely to happen I think is that the Senate will remove him.
5lriley
#4--oh they have the reasons. The question is do they have the will? The way I look at Pelosi's stance on this is it's about calculation more than anything else. She's afraid it might backfire and cost the democrats in 2020. But I also think she thinks she can convince people like you by taking a more moderate approach to things and she knows also knows impeachment is likely to be divisive. Put another way--she and many or her cohorts are not sure why people on the right hate them.
To me the right thing to do is put all the cards on the table right in front of the public and even if the Senate doesn't throw Trump out and i wouldn't expect them to--still people will have a much better idea of what really happened and not just as regards the Russians and the 2016 election but also on other things like campaign finance violations and money laundering and other financial crimes--whatever they're willing to bring up--whether any of it is true or most or some of it is b.s.---to run the the entire gamut of all these investigations--end them once and for all. Why leave anyone who is interested thinking---well maybe this or that is true? or maybe it's not? Did it with Bill Clinton--do it with Donald Trump.

Being named as an unindicted co-conspirator to a felony that someone (Michael Cohen) has pled guilty to and is serving prison time for is reason enough but that's just for starters.

I thought that the big FBI investigation by Mueller found that while there was no evidence to indict Trump on Russian collusion charges, he could be indicted for obstruction of justice? And isn't he currently refusing to acknowledge a subpoena from Congress, and instructing his staff to do so? If I recall correctly, one of the impeachment indictments against Bill Clinton was obstruction of justice, so there is a recent precedent.

Sensible reasons. Not the kind dreamed up by fanatics who believe in socialism and extraterrestials.

>8 John5918: That was wishful thinking on the part of delusional Democrats who have been throwing a tantrum for two years because their candidate lost the election and they have been in denial ever since. If you can't win, cheat and cry and whine.

I don't understand your post. Are you saying it is not true that an FBI investigation found that your president obstructed justice? And is it not true that a previous president was indicted for the same offence, obstruction of justice? What has it got to do with socialism, extraterrestrials, or Democrats? Wasn't the previous president who faced impeachment a Democrat? Or are you embarking on the same sort of delusional partisan rant which you accuse your opponents of?

Adding Illinois and California congresspeople Jesus 'Chuy' Garcia, Bobby Rush, Norma Torres and Harley Rouda. I'm at 38 now.
