Tags using Pipes /

I was informed that these '/' are called slashes.

I just made the tag Deconstruction / Literature the other day. Clicking on it takes me to my home page. I have been using slashes '/' for years in my tags. Now none of them seem to work. The tags below are all the tags I have made using / before. They all worked fine when I made them. Are all of them obsolete? Note that all these tags below still appear in My Library if I select tags instead of list. But now they lead nowhere. Some of the tags below are years old, a few made only this year.

Are there any plans to fix this?

Edited to change the term pipes to slashes.

That's not a pipe (|), that's a slash (/). All I can say beyond that fact is that I have been using actual pipes instead of slashes for years now, because the latter kept giving problems. So I gave up on using them.

Having said that, of course this should be fixed.

Sorry, I am not computer literate. It is the slashes that I am having trouble with.

Confirmed on www, clicking on the "Necessity / Possibility / Utility of Religion from Philosophical / Secular Viewpoints" tag in the OP's Tag's sub-page on "Your books".

Clicking on the Tag in "Your books" directly (for a record) changes the URL to https://www.librarything.com/catalog.php?tag=Necessity+%252F+Possibility+%252F+U..., with a "No books found." error message.

Note to devs: on athena, clicking on the tag in the Tags sub-page, the URL changes to catalog/pomonomo2003&tag=Necessity+%2F+Possibility+%2F+Utility+of+Religion+from+Philosophical+%2F+Secular+Viewpoints with a 404 error.

Confirmed this with a test in my own catalog as well.
