Gender problems

It would be useful if the non-English entries would be recognized.

It would also be useful if 'female' and 'Female' would end up in the same group. Same with 'male' and 'Male'; 'nonbinary' and non-binary'.

Yeah, given the system knows that "UK" and "United Kingdom" are the same, this shouldn't be too hard, I would think.
