>7 Andrew-theQM: I love her books. She has a few series under this name. She also writes gothic romance/mystery under Barbara Michaels and her non-fic work is under Barbara Mertz. :)

>21 Darth-Heather: Yes overall i did enjoy the book, although more so in the second half of the book. I felt it took a long while to get going. Given this i will continue onto the others but given the size of the books need to have plenty of reading time before I start it. What were your thoughts?

>22 Andrew-theQM: I love the original trilogy, but suggest stopping there and avoiding the other books that he wrote later and tacked onto this series - those introduce some weird elements that don't add anything useful to the story. The second book starts off in a different direction and I found it a bit harder to get into at first but it was worth sticking with.
